The property is located in the countryside in a charming and very quiet environment ideal for a romantic weekend in Normandy or holiday. You can explore the 2.5 ha gardens where multiple collection plants and trees were planted and rest in many areas with tables, chairs or deckchairs.
The manor house is located near the town of Valognes (3km ) which has several shops, restaurants, bar, crêperies or pizzerias .

History of the Manor:
The main building dates from the 16 th century, but the foundations are still older. Important renovations have been made during the 18 th century.
Its setting dates from the Gallo-Roman period and Savigny was joined to the famous town of Alauna. The old Roman causeway of Cosedia borders the property.
