Cottage In Normandy near Cherbourg
For a weekend in Normandy or holidays:
Eric welcomes you to this independent 18th century Cottage located in the countryside near the sea (15 km) in Normandy. These lodgings are available to rent for holidays or weekends. The sea is nearby with Saint Vaast la Hougue and Barfleur on the East coast and Barneville Carteret on the West coast. These cottage are located on a 2.5 ha property in a quiet environment with landscaped gardens and pond (not secure).
The house can be rented as a whole (for 7 people) or in 2 independent parts (but in this case the apartments are adjoining) one for 2/3 people the other for 4 people.
Outside each cottage has a private terrace with table and sun loungers on a surface of 4000m2, the rest of the park is a common area for the b&b.
Schedule:
Check-in from 5 pm to 7 pm. Later check-in possible after seeking the agreement of the owner.
Check-out before 11 am
Animals: 5€ per night per animal, maxi 1.
The Gîte 1:
60 Sqm apartment for 2/3 persons:

On the ground floor living/dining room with sofas, large old fireplace (can't be used), a bar with basic cooking facilities ( microwave, fridge).Internet access. TV.

On the first floor a large room with 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed. The bathroom is equipped with bath-tub, wash-hand basin, WC, wood floor in bamboo. Electric heating.
Patios with tables are available in the garden.
The Gîte 2:
For 4 people (lowest part of the cottage), classified 3 stars, 90m2, consists of:

A large open room with living room (sofa, armchairs, CD / DVD player, Tv, WIFI internet access), dining area, old fireplace (can be used), bar and equipped kitchen area (fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher.

A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, wc.

Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with 1 queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The bronze and chrome bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, towel dryer, bamboo floor.
Outside you have a private terrace with garden furniture.

The cottage for 7 people, classified 4 stars .
